Aitaskora is built for freelancers, web developers, automation consultants, and small agencies that sell a defined project outcome and need to protect the agreed price, hours, and delivery date.

The core problem

A client sends a new request after the scope is agreed. Without a controlled process, the request becomes unpaid work, hidden schedule pressure, or a later dispute.

The Aitaskora workflow

Document the scope, paste each new request, compare it with the approved baseline, estimate the added price and schedule, then email the client a secure approval page before implementation begins.

Supporting controls

Actual work logs, expenses, budget burn, profit forecasts, backups, approval archives, and advanced reports support the central change-control workflow without replacing it.

Current product model

The owner workspace is local-first. Published approval records use Cloudflare Pages Functions and D1, while optional direct transactional email uses Resend. Read How Aitaskora stores your data before using it for important projects.
