Decision-support tool

Aitaskora provides drafting, organization, comparison, documentation, estimation, work logging, and commercial calculation support. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, engineering, security, or contractual advice.

No guarantee

Readiness scores, classifications, requirements, estimates, work logs, costs, budget burn, profit forecasts, margins, and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for validating all project and commercial information.

Scope, change, and approval records

Aitaskora approval records document a client decision, but Aitaskora does not guarantee that the record is legally enforceable in every jurisdiction or situation. Obtain suitable professional advice when legal certainty, electronic-signature compliance, identity verification, or regulated consent is required.

Pilot feedback

Feedback submissions may be reviewed, categorized, and used to prioritize product changes. Submitting feedback does not create a support or service-level obligation. Do not include confidential client information in the feedback message.

Local storage, online approvals, and backups

The owner workspace is stored locally. Approval records explicitly published by the owner are stored online through Cloudflare. You are responsible for protecting private owner keys and backups, verifying client identity, and confirming that the displayed record matches the intended agreement.

Email delivery

You are responsible for the accuracy of client email addresses, the lawful basis for contacting recipients, the content you send, and monitoring delivery failures or replies. Email-provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery, reading, identity, or legally valid notice. Do not use Aitaskora for unsolicited bulk email, marketing campaigns, or messages unrelated to a documented client project.
